i had brought the shoe from this shop on 21 dec,13.they had told me that it is leather shoe & it will not break . But only on the next day it got teared up. While purchasing , i have some doubt about that shoe so i asked the salesman to replace the shoe & give me the fresh piece ant not the displaced piece which they had given me , but he said that it is OK sir . But the next day when i went to their shop for replacing the shoe they refused to replace it . So this way they have done the fraud of 2000 rupees with me.

i want my shoe to get replace immediately & they should pay me extra same amount for their rude behaviour & the time i have to spare , the fuel i have to burn to reach to their shop, their ignorance towards the customer need & their lie to the customers.
