this is frequent problem am facing every 15 days my phone get dead once we lodge a complaint no one turns up immediately we need to give a reminder to them, recently my phone got dead on friday 22nd jan’10 i have lodged a complaint by complaint number-11419267292
till now no action , today morning i went personally to the local office they told we’l do it asap but no action till now and we are working people we won’t get time very easily in a weekdays , i feel lik ewhy the hell this people are getting paid and why they are charging rent and service charges when 15 days my phone will be dead
Kindly take necessary action on it
will expect a quick action on it and am looking for a permanent solution for it
