i ordered “red” color toy car called “7channel Remote Control cyclone wheel stunt 360ºrolling car – Red” from www.landmarkonthenet.com by making payment of 1475 rupees after using promotion discount coupon. The online selling price of the car is 1639 rupees. My order no. is LM11061347507. However when i received the car, the product sticker MRP mentioned was 1160 rupees. The company illegally charged more money than product MRP. The company must have cheated several customers by overcharging the product. Another issue is that first car was defective hence replaced by a new car. The company delivered second car which was “Green” color whereas i ordered “red” color very specifically. Now company is not ready to accept the product. Even my order says that i wanted only red color car but company is denying to replace the car or refund money. I lodged complaints several times over phone and by email but they kept me waiting for a month. Company’s email mentioned that they will resolve the case in 48 hours and kept following up. I didn’t use the wrong product till about 10 days but later i used it few times since my child was crying every time she saw the car packed. Now company says since you have used the car, they will not refund even if they delivered the wrong product. Company was never bothered to resolve the issue and wanted that customer will loose hope and keep quite. Despite that i followed several times and they always mentioned me to wait for 48hrs. Today abruptly they closed the case saying they cannot do anything.

First major issue is that how company can overcharge a product more than MRP. Even if they refund me the balance, the company must have cheated several more customers by overcharging and evaded taxes as well. Second company should refund the whole amount for delivering a wrong product. Company has delayed significantly in resolving the case (one month) which i am sure they did intentionally.

I want every customer who paid more money than MRP should get refund back. There should be legal action against the company as they broke the Indian law and evaded tax duties to government of India. The online MRP is INR1639 while sticker MRP is INR1160 hence difference is INR480. I want atleast three times more money of the difference. I have all proof hence can send you photos when required. I also want to get the same color product delivered again to me as ordered.
