Late in activation processing…..

Dear sir
I am a new customer of Relience CDMA service. I had taken a CDMA set just before 5 days and activated the unlimited S.T.D of Rs 999.For 2 days it was working properly and after that I am paying for a RIM to RIM S.T.D call.When I consulted to the customer care service they are saying that my Identification proff is not there where as according to the distributer, he has sent the ID proof 3 days before already.I am now in a dielema what to do.Whatever may be the reason, I am facing the loss and I think this is creating a very bad reputation for the renownwd Relience industries in my mind.I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by the authorities of Relience industries.Hoping for a positive response very soon.Thank you.
