I bring to your kind notice that myslf rahul aggarwal am your customerand have avery good track record.I had made a payment of Rs. 12741/= through a cheque no hdfc bank dated09/04/09 before the due date with ample funds in my account.and recd a sms,at yamunanagar.for cheque.
• However I am being bothered by the collection only after the lapse of due period. and have recd a call from collection centre from the landline tel on 29/04/09
• When I visited the icici bank branch ambala citywas not attended by the junior staff.
 Kindly guide me about the status of my payment and any late fee charges,rs 400 levied upon me without any fault of mine.to be reflected in my next statement.
 I had recd a statement from the hdfc bank where I hold my savings account where cheque has not been presented by icici bank for clearingfurther the same amount
I had clearly mentioned the name and accountno. at the inmy cheque
