I purchased a 10 year vacations membership form Laurent & Benon group on october 25 2012. At the time of registration they promised me that by taking this membership I can avail 7 days of vacations every year for 10 year. However after taking membership fee of Rs 105000/-, company has not provided me any services and vacations. I requested a vacation in novemmebr but company do not even reply and most of the times they do no pick there customer service number.

This company has cheated me and is not provided me any services against the membership fee of Rs. 105000/-

I want refund of Rs 105000/- plus a penalty of Rs. 50,0000/- for cheating the customers.
