Sir I purchased mobile on 7th march night and presently battery is not working from first day . it is lasting less then 2 hours and mobile is continuously hanging . so its humble request if you can change the peace . I don’t want to go for it. Today I went to thee service center in vastrapur . they r saying they can’t provide me due certificate . As they can change the battery n do software update .n when I said can you give me in return if thus problem persists after 7 days you l replace mobile. They are saying no . Sr its my hard earn money . I earn only 8000 rupees per month . I have borrowed money from my friend to bring this mobile .kindly help me in replacing mobile because after 13th march 2016 they ll not replace it .
