Videocon d2h pre-paid not deactivating

I am the customer of Videocon d2h Limited since last two year with Customer ID 115280614. I opted single Star Sports HD3 from 1 Feb 2016 to see the Pro kabaddi Matches by paying Rs.45 per month. But when I called to customer care representative for deactivation on 9 Mar 2016 of the above said channel he denied saying the reason the lock in period for the channel is 90 days.when I called customer care representative to add channel on 1 Feb 2016 that time he was not explained about the lock in period. If I don’t want to see and pay the above said channel, then as per their company policy we must pay for 90 days. So it is my kind request that when customer asks for particular value added services the he must be charged for the particular period only.

If customer don’t want to see the particular channel for 90 days i.e. for 3 months then it is ultimately unnecessary economical burden for the customer as i explained in my case it is burden of Rs.90

I am kindly requesting to the Hon’ble Consumer Court that company must provide the service as per consumer demand and charge as per the usage of particular services, the company should not restrict the usage period.
