Sir, I bought a mobile Lava iris 458q on 26 july2013 and due to moisture it become unserviceable in November 2013 then I searched Lava service center at Pune and gave it to AVS COMPUTER TECHNOLOGESopp. Nageshwar mandir somwar peth pune on 13 November 2013 after completion of two months (65 days) they are not able to repaire. I got 1 year warranty but they told due to moisture its out of warranty and taken Rs1900 advance from me. On calling Lava customer care they are not giving satisfied reply .at least they should provide me some other handset upto these two months and till repair or should get repair soon.

I want compensation for inconvenience and my mobile handset back as soon as possible
