I had purchased lava n 320 mobile on 22.01.2013 from bhalni majisa mobile gallery, new panvel. Within 1.5 months, some problem arose in display. As per the shop Retailer ,the lava company has agreed to replace the faulty piece by new one but till date i have not received replacement.

What are the Consumer protection Laws in this country that companies are selling such useless products and fail to honor the warranty. I demand action against Lava Mobile customer service.
