I am writing this to share with you about my experience with LAVA- service center (shardra communication,west patel nagar,Delhi) I have bought LAVA-IRIS-405 few months back thinking that the brand is putting efforts in building their reputation in the market and their product and service must be good,but unfortunately they are also like china made stuff. After ,2 months of purchase I have been witnessing the problems and started visiting their service stations. From past 3 months my phone is with the service station with no assurance that they can fix the issue and by when . They try to fool people by advertising and making fake commitments. I strongly recommend that it’s worth buying Samsung/htc or sony instead of such newer brands i.g LAVA. Their customer care center also just don’t work and never able to provide support .seems like their support center is support less. I have losted and wasted my money buying LAVA and ending up buying Samsung again. My Strong advice is not to buy any Phone of LAVA company to safeguard your hard earned money.
