My phone is in warranty and its wi-fi was not working. So, i had submitted it at the service center on 11th March and they told me that it will be repaired within 10 to 15 days. After about 10 days, they informed me that your phone has been received from the Company duly OK TESTED and you can collect it. When I went to the service center, they showed me an another very old phone and said that the hardware part of your phone was not available, so Company sent this phone. I told them that why should I take an old phone instead of my new one. So they said that Ok we will send the phone back to Company and will provide you your phone and estimated time given me for this was 10 days. More than 10 days went passed, but no information / call received from them. So when I called them up asking the status of my phone, they said that although it was received from the Company by them but having checked the phone, they observe that it still has some problem. So when I asked whether it has not been sent duly OK/TESTED by the company prior sending the phone to service center, they have no answer. I am still struggling hard to get back my phone and their senior official name Amit Wasan is ignoring my calls and have put his phone to busy mode. Its almost one month since I am following up with them regarding my phone. They even do not work on Sundays, resulting that, I had to take leave from my office and lost my three days visiting the Service Center on weekdays. Please help me in the matter.
I want either a brand new phone or my phone duly rectified. In addition, i want appropriate compensation on account of the efforts / time wasted to follow up with them.
