I have given my project of website development to company name Webexpert in November 2013. After seeing my entire requirement they said that they will complete my project by 25th December 2013 and will charge Rs. 35000 for completing my project. I agreed on the said amount and paid them Rs. 10000 as advance. I was doing a regular follow up with them and they always assure me that sir please don’t worry we will deliver your project by the given date. Before few days of the project delivery, they called me and said that there will be a delay in delivering your project, because the person who was working on this project his father is not well and he has gone on a leave. I have done all the promotion and everything according to the launch date which was 25th December 2013, I was really shocked what to do now. I asked them to deliver my project anyhow on the given date but they said that we can deliver my project by 10th Febuary 2014, I have no other options or choice and told them that this time I do not want any excuse and you have to deliver my project anyhow. In between they again called me and said that sir we cannot give you certain services on which we have agreed, because the costing of your project will increase. I said that you must have gone through all my requirements which I have mention in my mail clearly at the time of agreement and you must have given me the quotation after seeing all the requirements. They said sir we will not be able to provide you these services if you want you can take back your advance amount, and then also I agreed because I have no other option and my project has already been delayed by 2 months. I said that now please do not make any other blunder and please complete my project on time. They again called me and said that we will not be able to complete your project; we have to hire another company for completing your project. I was really very annoyed and I still have no other option then to believe in what they are saying. I said there is very much delay in my project and it is affecting my credibility in my customer so please try to get this project complete anyhow by the given date. Webexpert hired NS Technologies for completing my project and NS Technologies said that they will complete my project by 15th March 2014, I said ok but this should be the final date. As Webexpert, NS Technologies also failed in completing my project. I ask Webexpert to refund back my advance amount and they refuse to refund my amount by saying if NS Technologies refund back the advance amount than only we will refund you. Now NS Technologies refused to refund the amount to Webexpert and Webexpert refuse to refund my advance amount.

I have all the mail and agreement with Webexpert, which I can provide you. I only want you to help me in getting out of this situation and help me in getting back my amount, as well as the compensation which has harm the credibility of mine in my customer.
