sir, i have a gas connection with hpcl with single cylinder. my consumer no is 622954.suddenly my gas service block by hpcl. then i ask my distributor and i re submitted kyc documents.they ask me due to more then one connection in same premises they block my connection.but kindly note i lived in a 6 storied building where 8 nos family lived there.and many of them use hpcl gas connection but each family entity is different.so it is natural more then one gas connection in same premises. hpcl representative inspected my home and hpcl also mail me that my connection will be re activate very soon .but after 7 days my connection till now block. i don’t understand why hpcl harassed me.so i faced very trouble. please see the matter . kindly see the attachment of complain to hp portal.
