i have lodge a complain against non functioning of my washing machine, they registered the complain & give complain no through sms, but the complain was not taataned by their engineer & they closed the complain. again i lodge the complain in the same procedure still they are not attaining the complain & passing time by saying that it will be solved within 24 hours.
problem should be solved & compensation for harassing me.
