dear Sir/mam my name is Anurag singh i was Purchsed a tablet LAVA Ivory-S about 22-sept-2014 From Lucknow. unfortunately display of the Tablet is Break in an Accident about 17/03/2015. Problem is Starts Now I was given my TAB on service center from last 20/03/15 the work order number is #510003493328, first time they says about 20-22 days they Will need For Service. after that thy asked for 7 more days. when i was gone for him at last 23/04/15 they replied that the same not done. Then I was called at customer care team. guy form customer care took us on conference then the service center said to me that the part is available in Jaipur warehouse will probably delver TAB at Tuesday 28/04/15. when i was called him at 10:52 am they says that the part is not available till now. so i have to wait some more days. now what should I do Please help meD
