Lavel 4 complain and no one to listen

Since the day I received the Credit Card of ICICI, I am being harassed by this Bank. Even after registering in their do not disturb list I used to get calls to buy this, to buy that. Than I complaint at their level – 1, 2, 3 & 4. All the time I am getting a stereo type reply “you are our esteemed customer, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you”. But after few days again the same thing.
Before settling my grievance it must be kept in mind that ICICI harash all the persons having Credit Card, and / or any relation with them like, loan, SB account, etc.
So whatever is the settlement it must be multiplied by the no. of credit card, they have issued and no. of loan and SB account they have.
