Le eco max2 defective phone

Within 10 days of purchase of Le eco max 2(INR 25k) mobile handset, finger print sensor stopped working. I submitted it to sky link on 30th July 2016(almost a month now) but till now it is neither repaired nor replaced. As per policy max 10 working day it should take but company is not bothered about customer and not replying properly. They must be punished seriously because of such deficiency in service. This defect occurs in each handset and like me there are several people complaining online about pathetic service given by Le eco mobile company.Moreover, They do not provide any spare phone. All policies are hidden from customer and they change it as per convenience. I should get justice for mental harassment and agony I suffered in this month. I need my complete refund with compensation for harassment. I have to live without phone for a month This is a big scam by the Chinese Le eco company

I want completed refund INR 25000 and extra INR 25000 compensation for mental harassment by company as a punishment
