Le Royale Holiday – no service refund my money

I have taken a 5 year membership of Le Royale Holiday Club (in my wifes name Sumedha Agarwal) in November 2011 for which I have already paid Rs.50000/-. However after that no one ever contacted me from Le Royale in this matter and whenever I tried to contact I also didnt get any response. Later some 10 months ago when I again contacted Le Royale Hotel, I was told that some other group has taken over the hotel and asked me to contact Mr. Ram Singhania. I spoke to him on Sept 02, 2013, he informed me that they are going to refund the money in 1-2 months. However till date I have not received the refund nor any update from Le Royale. After that I have contacted hotel and sent email for the refund but every time I was told to wait for another couple of months.

Request you to please look in this matter and advice Le Royale hotel to refund my mobey atthe earliest.
