We have purchased Lee fox shoes at RUBY FOOT WEAR in Dilshuk Nagar, Hyderabad on 8/5/14. whereas the shop keeper said and has given bharosa for atleast 6 months and warranty for 3 months. But within 20 days the shoe layer is coming out. I immediately shown the piece to shop person. He said that, with in few days the agency person will come ,and he will put into their notice. I think its the old piece,So that it has gone in few days.Atlast today I went to shop for getting the exchanged piece.He is telling that they are not considering.And more over i went to shop for this issue 3 times. I have paid Rs.700/- for this unworthy sandals sake. Do you know one point,on the box there is no MRP also. The sandals are also with the shop keeper and the main reason is the sole which they provided is very very poor,The layer has come out every where,that too in just 20 days.And one more point it was not even used regularly. For your kind attention i am sending the photos of the sandals condition. Expecting your action soon. Size of the sandals is 10 style code :48105 color : black shop keeper told he took the item from GLOBE AGENCIES,Nayapool, hyd,Andhra pradesh.

The main reason is the sole which they provided is very very poor,The layer has come out every where,that too in just 20 days.And one more point it was not even used regularly. There is a damage of sole in the front side and also at the back and also in the middle. And more over i went to shop for this issue 3 times. I have paid Rs.700/- for this unworthy sandals sake. Kindly replace the item or to arrange any other model,for the same amount.
