lenevo G580 laptop – screen started to flicker poor service by centre

I had purchased a lenevo G580 serial no CB19605756 on February 2013. It is still under the warranty period up until Feb.However from Aug 2013 my laptop screen started to flicker. It used to happen at intervals and not continuously. On 21/8/2013 engineer first checked my laptop but he couldn’t find the issue and he closed the call.(SO no 7005498714). I again called up the call centre , they told me that the problem might be with the LED cable and it needs to be replaced. He wasn’t sure though which is ridiculous and told me without doing any diagnosis of the laptop. Then their engineer came after 15 days to replace that LED cable SO no 7005636765, but the issue was not resolved and he found the flickering of my laptop. Then he checked that on my standby monitor and told that the LED screen and the cable are fine ,issues is with the motherboard then he logged a call for the mother board this was on 7/10/2013. Then after 19 days on 26/10/2013 the next engineer came to replace the motherboard but the problem still persists SO no 7005660877. Every time there is a new person coming to resolve the issue. Then this guy told me that the problem is with the LED screen and cable. I told him that the cable has already been changed and as mentioned above. I told him that the engineer who changed the LED cable has checked my laptop on my standby monitor and he found the same flickering issue on that monitor too. But he said we will try and see. The engineers are not aware what is the cause of the problem and they just kept on changing the parts. Then on 8/11/13 another guy came to change LED and cable but with no solution, this time the engineer told me that the touch pad has also been broken as he couldn’t put the screw in the slot (SO no 7005720641). He told me to log a complaint even for the touch pad as it must have broken by the engineers who visited earlier. ON-LINE SUPPORT Then I took help of your on-line support. The on-line technician told me to start the laptop in BIOS and SAFE mode, which I did and the screen was working fine then. According to her if screen works fine then there is no problem with the hardware but something is wrong with the software or the operating system. She told me to download intel video driver, nvida video driver and bios and reboot the system. She also told that after doing so the problem will be solved, but it was not. Then she ask me to visit the service centre in Chembur. SERVICE CENTRE CHEMBUR They did the diagnosis and told me that the problem is with the motherboard and processor. I told him motherboard has been changed. Why the motherboard change earlier couldn’t solve the problem and it required another mother board within 2 months to rectify the issue? What is the guarantee that now the board which is replaced will work fine in future. i visited service centre on 28/12/2013 and the parts arrived after 15 days. it took almost 6 months for a brand like lenovo to solve one issue, still not sure how long will the system work fine. I do part time trading on my laptop.Due to this issue i couldn’t do it for more than 5 months by now, and as a result my trading account ie demat account got deactivated. I have taken prepaid hathway internet plan by paying RS 4800 which i couldn’t use for my trading purpose. I took a day off from my work on Monday to visit your service centre. Who is going to compensate for the time spent on this issue and the tremendous torture that I went through????
