Technical issue is already verified by the service center and confirmed the phone is dead, issue is no DOA is provided even though the phone got dead in a day.

Issue is: Your Service center did not provided DOA certificate, even the phone was dead in 2 days after product was purchased. Instead an explanation was provided by the Service center incharge that Lenovo has changed the policies and they can’t provide the same. You need to get this verified for me. (As per Lenovo policies product should be replaced if dead inside 7 days of purchase).
I would request if Mr. Chandra Shekar, how is handling Levono complaint can coordinate with Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Balvinder singh from Lenovo Support center and resolve it ASAP.
Please update me on the current status for this.
