My self Dibya Ranjan Jena, odisha I had purchased LENOVO A536 model Black on dated 22.09.15 through Snapdeal but i have some mother board board problem from 21.01.16 But i have given to Sai Nigam Tech Service Bhubaneswar for service but they had given to me after repair between 10 to 15 days But after 7 days again arises same type of mother board problems then i will give them on dated 17.02.16 and they take 6 to 7 days for changing mother board ,when i went to service centre they said that to take more 10 days to solve this problems and also said that to contact LENOVE head office. My mobile model no is Lenovo A6000 plus.The front camera is not working.Whenever I turn it on it shows “The camera is not responding” but the back camera is working peoperly.Please tell me what should I do in that case?
