Dear Sir, please note we have facing problem Lenovo A7000 is not working properly automatic work any time and screen light also sart any time with out touch. We have update the software in your lenovo service center but still i have facing problem and your service center men said please back the lollipop version but charges is appilcabel for back version. Why i should pay the charges when my phone is in warrenty period. So please kindly check and revert on top most urgent basis. Thanks & Regards, Biren Mistry
