I had purchased this product (Lenovo All-in-one) in Dec 2010 with an Extended warranty valid till Dec-2013. Some time back, there was a problem with the machine wherein the display went blank. I lodged a complaint (#101603) with Croma Helpline immediately on 21-Sept-13. A technician (Asif – cell # 8080699131) came on 24-Sep-13 to check the problem. He advised that there was a problem with the motherboard and he would need to take it with him for repairs. He took the motherboard with him on 24-Sep-13. And till date, nearly a month later, there is no sign of the repaired motherboard. When I called the Service center owner, one Mr. Shailendra (cell # 9322702220), all I have been getting is empty promises for the last 3 weeks. Please look into this matter urgently and resolve it.
Immediate replacement of the machine in excellent condition.
