I am sorry to write this. It shows your and your team’s total inefficiencies to get one silly process done. Can everyone see the trailing mails? Could you write me any mail ID/Contact, whom can I put a complain of this delay/fail of your team for playing with me since long time.

This is so worst that even after numerous follow-ups (both telephonic [with Suhail & Sabita] and mails), your team is unable to tell me the right person’s name, from whom any result can be expected.
