A Lenovo Bluetooth Headset W870 (Black) worth Rs. 4,999/- was offered free of cost on the purchase of a Lenovo Idea Pad Y510p (Laptop) by Lenovo India Ltd as Diwali offer during the month of October, 2013 and it was purchased on 22-10-2013 in cash for Rs. 75,800/- only and the details of the product was registered online on the Lenovo website within given period following the terms and condition of the company and it was duly acknowledged by the company.

But the Bluetooth Headset W870 (Black) worth Rs. 4,999/ is not yet received by me. However, the Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd informed through Email, dated Thu, Dec 19, 2013 at 11:17AM to have sent the item being shipped by ARAMEX (copy enclosed). Even after so many communication with the LENOVO as well as ARAMEX over phone and through Emails about my complaint but neither Lenovo nor the Aramex has so far taken the responsibility to compensate the loss and hence the dispute.

I therefore pray your kind-self to decide on this matter of dispute and compel the trader Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd imposing the liability for non-delivery of the offered item and to prevent repetition of such irresponsible act of negligence and to compensate for the loss/damage of Rs. 4,999/- for the undelivered item along with damages for mental distress/injury caused to the complainant as your honour deem fit and proper and hence the complainant/petitioner shall be ever obliged.
