Sir, I applied for reliance broadband connection on 16/08/2013 and paid 1150/- cash at that time. but installation of connection was canceled because of some technical problem. at that time i have told that installation amount will be returned to me by check within 30-45 days. now it is over 9 month and no money was refunded to me. I called costumer care 8 or 9 times but still i haven’t got my money. i also mail this problem to broadband@ relianceada.com but there was no reply from their end. my details are: name- Anand Pandey Add: 22/187, Indira Nagar, Lucknow (UP) Mob. I paid 1150/- for a service which i never got. they said money will be refunded in 30-45 days and now it is over 9 months. whenever i call customer care they say that we will call you tomorrow and they never call. i have called customer care 9 times and same thing happens each and every time. i also mail them this problem twice but still no reply.
