I have purchased a Lenovo A 526 mobile phone on 20/4/14. Since there is complaint regarding touch screen I visited your service agent, Smart Technologies at SA Road Ernakulam and registered a complaint bearing No.SRIN0041410130004. They had given a contact No.9995807456. But no body is liifting the telephone and sometimes the phone is switched off. I feel it very difficult to contact your service centre to inquire about my cmplaint. Hope you will do needful and instruct the service agency to be accessable to the customers.

Myself (s.anwer basha) and I have lenovo s920 (imei no: 860071022583124) and this mobile is having several issues like battery backup , display problem etc…I had given this mobile to authorized lenovo service center in hyderabad…but they took nearly one month, now they are not responding anything. We are fedup with service centers. We need new mobile of the same series in case service is not available because I had a warranty of nearly 6 more months. Kindly look into the issue ASAP.
