Dear Sir, I am Prachi Awasthi.I wants to complaint against Raj Computer,Shop no 07, Saibaba Complex, Beside Hotel Residency,Zone-1,M.p. nagar, Bhopal, Because i had repaired my Laptop of Lenovo G550 before December 2012 from their. They told me that their is Motherboard Problem in Laptop which cant be Repaired so we have to replace it.After my permission they replace my Laptop Motherboard.But Now again laptop suffer with same motherboard problem in June 2013 and when i gave them laptop to check problem they said we shall have to replace motherboard again. And when i asked them motherboard warranty of One Year according to company rule (Company Provide one year warranty on new motherboard when You Assemble it any where) ,But they refuse it and said motherboard have one month warranty. I have doubt that they hadn’t replace motherboard of laptop, they only repair it and told a lie that they replace it. When i asked this Question to them than they told their are lots of problem in laptop like- graphic ic-card has problem , cooling fan has problem, hard disk has problem so you have to replace them. They Charged me 7800/- for Mother Replacement in December-2012 and again 1000/- on the name of Graphic Ic card repairment in warranty period. Now they talked so rudely want i object about it. presently my laptop is suffering with same problem even it is not stated.I want your help to check whether they told truth or not. either they change my motherboard again or i want my money back. mainly i want my money back because i cant trust them any more. because i m suffering from there behavior from last six month
