iberry auxus neuclea n1 phone – Defective Mobile Set

I have bought the iberry auxus neuclea n1 phone online ordering from the website on 13th july, 2013. I have received the phone on around 25th july. From the beginning the phone started troubling. I have submitted the phone to the service centre. After almost 2 months of repetitive reminders I have received the phone during last week of September. Again the phone came with in built fault.

I want the full money be refunded to me along with interest and I have no intention to use the phone any further. I would like to hand over the phone to the company and get my money back.
