Vodafone – charged service where in it was told it will be free

I signed up with vodafone on 399 plan last year & they promised to give 1gb internet free on this plan. but since October’13 they told i will not be given internet on the plan for free now & i will have to pay Rs 149. i sent an SMS to cancel the plan but the next day lady told me that it was not done as i sent that sms very late & new bill cycle is started. So she offered me Rs 125 internet plan on 18th Oct & said will get activated in 72 hrs & in the mean time i can use internet of the 149 plan that is active. But on 22nd October i got a call stating that 125 plan will not be active as its rejected by the client. when i asked is 149 plan active they said its already deactivated on 18th Oct as i had sent a SMS on 17th October & i am being charged at 10p/10 KB. When i asked for compensation since i was told i have a pack active that will take care on my data usage but they denied giving any credit & wants me to pay since i sent the SMS to deactivate the pack.
