Repair Status (161107-008473) [Incident: 161107-008473] My phone stopped working after 28 days. Lenovo diagnosed and told there was a water spillage which I was not aware of. They told I need to pay for repair which I agreed. Now they do not tell me the charge for repair it has been a month I’m being given run around. Earlier they told part is not available. The mobile which was launched about 3 months ago the part should be definitely available. I contact them regularly over emails and calls but they do not respond. The above mentioned is the service ticket with Lenovo. Please help me as I brand new mobile which I got for 14500 worked only for 28 days.
