I bought a Lenovo G400 laptop from Croma – Retail,Kormanagala, Bangalore on 25th Oct 2013 (Bil No. SLF02A058060069308). The laptop was offered with additional discount of 4,000 rupees offered as e-voucher from Lenovo. This e-voucher was to be redeemed for set of items offered by Lenovo online. I.I was told to do a online registration on Lenovo’s website (http://www.lenovodiwali.com/)to avail this offer.While i filed all my documents on-line and i was told i will get a e-voucher delivered to my email. Which did not happen for alamost a week after online registration. Then i sent a email to customer care with all the details. I was asked provide the details again with all supporting documents which i did promptly. There was no response for almost two months and after constant follow-ups i get a response saying the offer is closed and i will not get the e-voucher.
I want my e-voucher or an equivalent discount benefit and a stern warning to companies representatives for the delay and agony caused.
