Lenovo – facing trouble with my laptop

Dear Ankur, Its been 6 months since I bought my laptop Lenovo Z580 | Serial # QB05551669 and since then I am facing trouble with my laptop. Purchase Details: Date of Purchase – 27/03/2013 Serial # – QB05551669 Warranty Expiring on – 26/03/2014 Merchant – Vijay Sales, Pitampura I have been chasing the Lenovo customer support team multiple times for the part replacement as there are number of issues with my laptop. The process is like this, I report an issue, they send an executive to check the issue at there own good time, and then they take a good amount of time to get the faulty part replaced- till that time the laptop is idle as it is not at all working. I was told that the harddrive of the laptop is crashed and do they ordered it and got replaced(in 4-5 weeks). its on a recurring basis now that the HDD and motherboards are getting faulty everytime and i have been given a faulty piece. Despite of several reminders to them, chasing them over the phone and on the emails. we are not getting any response back from them. I requested them to replace my laptop as it seems to me that every consecutive week, I call there support team reporting an issue,which ends up in a replacement which is again not worth as it damages other parts as well. I have got the proofs from the lenovo field executive that states that the parts are faulty. Despite of many reminders, there has been no resolution to my issue and I have been waiting with no hopes. I specified the lenovo team to get me a replacement. I purchased a product which I have not enjoyed at all. I want a replacement or my money back. Please help me and acknowledge the issue.
