I bought Lenovo Y510p on 6th Nov 13 and registered and uploaded all documents on 8th Nov 13 for Rs 5000 coupon offer. They were not responding to mails or calls. Three days back I received a request from Lenovo to upload documents. When I uploaded documents again I got a reply that My registration details are not found as I did not register during Offer period. When I send a mail the mail bounces back or leads me to some kayako website. Lenovo is playing a very cunning game at the cost of loosing customers trust.
