Lenovo – Faulty Laptop – No Response

Hi I got my laptop’s warranty extended from Lenovo Official service center in September 2013. 2 months back I realized my laptop malfunctioning so I thought maybe I should get it repaired under warranty. I called lenovo and they told me my laptop is out of warranty. I called lenovo service center and they kept ignoring me for a month. I called lenovo and registered complaint against service centre but lenovo itself didn’t help much. Now the service center is asking me to take refund for the money I paid for warranty extend but I do not want money. I want warranty because my laptop will repair for more money than what I’ve paid for warranty extend initially. I’ve attached a copy of warranty extend receipt.

I would like to get warranty or something equivalent with a fair compensation of my loss that occurred due to poor service by lenovo service center and lenovo company itself.
