I bought a Lenovo K 900 phone , which was delivered to me on 16th August , i spoke to the n the customer support and also wrote to MIDH Care ( Lenovo Smart Phone Contact Mail ID ) on 19th/20th August (as there was a problem with wifi ( never switches on ) . I was advised to show the phone at an authorized service center .
On 21st September , i took the phone to your service center in Nehru place ( New delhi ) and waited for almost 2 hours for a reply
After 2 hours , i was told by the service center person , that there is a problem with Circuit Board and that a delivery order for a replacement would be arranged , and that they would communicate the same to me
Its been days since then , there has been no communication from their side ; and all calls to the numbers provided go unanswered . Nobody bothers to pick the phone / take the calls. Kindly arrange for the delivery order , so that i can initiate the process for a replacement phone . Kindly treat the customers with some dignity !
