Lenovo K3 Note Smartphone – Review

I had purchased a new Lenovo K3 Note smartphone thru flipkart.com, delivered at my residence on 21.07.15. connectivity issue since begining and touch screen stopped working since 27.08.15. handed over to M/s new tech solution, vardhman market, vashi, navi mumbai, india (authorised service centre of lenovo in navi mumbai) on 28.08.15 with print out of invoice. job sheet no is VZI/L0/15/01643. Only contact no of centre is 022-41231928. centre is 12 kms from my residence. contact no is always busy even if dialed for 50 times a day and i have gone there 4 times personally including today and the answer is the same that work order is placed. it is 15 days during warranty period that i am without handset. centre does not provide any information on the development on their own(no development in the case till now) and i have to spend 2 liters of petrol every time i intend to get an update. still, there is no clue as to when this trauma of mine would be over. it appears that i have committed biggest mistake in my life by purchasing lenovo smart phone. the IMEI No is 867970021615550 and serial no is 867970021615568. I am so fed up that I want return of my money now.
