I having lenovo k4 note vibe.. it very slow loading contacts and call list.It creates very irritating process so please solve my problem.. please support me

Dear sir, My lenovo model no. A319 has a problem of volume key and hanging problem. I had to repair to this mobile on 19.05.2016 and still not repaired. It is said to be that there is no material of lenovo model no. 319. and still waiting for minimum 10 days…..
