Sir we ordered this phone via flipkart but it hangs too much no doubt a good product but it really seems waste of money buying this.many other people have such same complaints. Can you resolve it?

My phone Lenovo k4 note I buy my phone some time, I used my phone properly than my phone is very heat and more heat. Some Time early no problem that but now is big. So I need some help too care please solved this problem. Thanks
