The keyboard is not working properly. I called the Lenovo Helpline number to get the keyboard replaced as my desktop is within the warranty period. But they have not replaced it. I have been waiting for one month and no replacement of keyboard has been done. They are simple postponing the replacement.
I had to buy a new keyboard just so that my work does not get affected. I am using a low-quality keyboard as they have not yet delivered the company’s branded keyboard.
I want the replacement of the defective keyboard.
