The company is taking my grievances for granted, no resolving of issue and no further assistance is being provided after i addressed by software update issue for their product i.e. LENOVO Vibe X2. The product has stop responding and is certainly not useful for my day to day activities. Since I have paid full amount for the product, atleast I can expect a basic functioning of the product. No reply, no responses, and no solution.

Dear Sir/Madam , I have lenovo vibe k910 L model and display has been broken while it was in charging which was putted for one hour. I had asked for new display but not available in market and customer care is saying for chargeable service @rs. 12000 while new phone rate is available near about rs.13000 . This mobile not work in 3 month ago . Plz suggest in this matter . This mobile purchase in 25,700 Amt. But not satisfied in this matter . Plz reply . Pls suggest me what can u support for the matter.
