Hi sir, i purchased a lenovo laptop on 7-5-14 with 1 year onside warranted. But after 38 days it stopped working. I registered complain on 16-6-14. My complain no is- 7006145251. While registering complain, lenovo customer service executive promised me on call that it will be surely fixed till 19th june14. But till now(22nd june) it is not fixed and they are asking to wait for 4-5 more days . I use my laptop for study purpose and trading on share market. I could earn about 50,000 rupees it would have working fine. I m also not able to study as i was using my laptop for on-line study of different module. I wanted to share the recording of that call on which they promised that issue will be fixed till 19th but they have denied to share the recording. Pls do the needful. I wanted to get my laptop serviced on time or meanwhile i requested to provide alternate laptop machine to study and trading in share market.
