This is regarding my complain with Railway. I have booked 3 ticket from New Delhi to Hardware for 24 may 2014 in CC coach Janshatabdi exp/12055.My PNR no is 2358053020 while booking, tickets were in waiting list so I booked the tickets in 2S class as well which were confirmed. I got the confirmation on 19 may that my CC tickets have confirmed and i checked in railway site it was showing confirmed . once i got the confirmation I cancel my 2S ticket on 22 May 2014. when i reached in railway station with all my baggage , I got the message at 12:47 that all my tickets are in waiting list . I checked with TTE and he said we can’t help you as your tickets are in waiting i said i got the confirmation that my tickets was confirmed , why suddenly it’s in waiting list. he said NO seat available in AC if you want to go to 2S, you have to pay RS 390 per ticket as i was coming from Mumbai so I paid 1110 for 2S for three tickets . my concern is if i got the intimation on time i could not cancel my 2S ticket. i did not get the intimation from railway on time . I was travelling from Mumbai and i faced a lot of problem .

1. Refund the amoun which i paid extra 2. Action against TTE at least how to talk to passengers
