My friend, Vinita Singh had ordered a chocolate bouquet on mother’s day, to be delivered to her mother in Varanasi from lovenwishes.com. It was supposed to be delivered on the same day but it got delivered next day. the problem was that the product delivered was not a chocolate bouquet(which contained 16 chocolates in bouquet shape) but a simple chocolate box (which contained 16 chocolates but not as shown on the site). when we called on the given number, first they never picked the call. When they picked finally, they said the concerned team is not present. Finally they replied on mails that it was due to very heavy orders that it got switched and that they will return the balance amount, which amounted to Rs. 700-800. But we never got the money.

We want the balance amount back + the interest on it as it has been a very long time.
