Indian overseas bank – Delay Pension Payment – Review

My father Mr A.P.Arumugham, a pensioner who has passed away on 12th January 2012. Post his demise my mother Mrs Anuradha Arumugham is eligible for family pension. The Central Pension & Accounting Office(CPAO) has sent the pension order for the same and it has been attached herewith. My mother Mrs Anuradha Arumugham went into coma state by the time the pension order has been received hence she is unable to go to bank in person for signing the necessary documents. In this case, the bank should send some person for verification and start crediting the pension but the bankers told various reasons to escape from responsibility. Mean while, my mother Mrs Anuradha Arumugham has passed away on 1st November 2013. Death Certificate has been attached herewith. I’ve submitted the death certificate to the bankers and requested them to credit the pension for the period she was alive but the bankers did not do that till date.

We want the family pension with interest which we are entitled.
