I had submitted the Model HTC Desire C to the service centre for the damage. My device is in warraty terms but the Company raised the quotation of Rs. 9000/- so i rejected the quotation and request them to send the device back to ahmedabad. When today i went to receive the device they told me to pay service charges around 550. My question is when my device is in warranty why should i need to pay service charges. I had a detailed online chat with the executive named manoj who also had the same opinion. when i told him that the device is in warranty he just told me that when you reject the quotation you need to pay service charges
