Lenovo Laptop Problems even After Servicing – Within Warranty

I BOUGHT ONE LENOVO LAPTOP G 570 NEARLY NOVEMBER TO DECEMBER 2011,I CAN’T TELL THE EXACT DATE BECAUSE IT WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICING DURING APRIL TO MAR 2012 & I HAD TO SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL CASH MEMO BILL. ON 23RD DECEMBER THE DEALER HAS RETURNED ME THE LAPTOP WITHOUT ANY RECOVERY ALTHOUGH IT WAS GIVEN TO THEM FOR SUCH A LONG TERM.THEY ALSO ASSURED ME THAT ALL PROBLEMS WILLBE SOLVED WITHIN ONE WEEK AS ON THE TIME OF TAKING IT BACK WITHOUT ANY RECOVERY. THE LAPTOP HAS MANY PROBLEMS SUCH AS, 1.ONTHE TIME OF BOOT IT WANTS BOOTING SOURCE 2.MAKES BEEP WHEN IT IS SWITCHED ON. 3.NUM LOCK PORTION NOT WORKS. 4.FUNCTION KEYS NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. 5.LEFT CAPS LOCK KEY,SHIFT KEY,CTRL KEY NOT WORKS. 6.ON SCREEN TWO SPOTS HAVE ARRIVED. 7.THE RIGHT SELECTION KEY ON TOUCH PAD HAVE BECOME LOOSE I THINK THEY HAVE USED IT ROUGHLY. 8.THE ORIGINAL LENOVO CHARGER NOT RETURNED TO ME INSPITE OF ONE HCL CHARGER THEY HAVE RETURNED TO ME. 9. THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME ONE DUPLICATE CASH MEMO VOUCHER INSPITE OF THE ORIGINAL ONE. 10.SPECIAL FUNCTION KEY FOR BRIGHTNESS AND SOUND NOT WORKS ALSO.

I WANT IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OR RECOVERY.
