Hi, this is vidya nair I had seen the advertisement of sarvesh group of companies I had paid rs.1,60,000/- As a 20% down payment of rs.8,00,000/- That was for a bank auction flat at nalasopara (w). Flat add is a/204, 2nd floor, lotus apartment, near little flower high school, nalasopara (w) from sarvesh group of companies – mr. Suraj chaubey – owner (fraud as raj thakkar). He told the procedure will take 4-5 months, I had paid the money on 12th may 2012, so I should get the flat by September or October 2012. But I didn’t got the flat keys. I was calling this suraj chaubey & a tele caller at his office ms. Mansi shah (she is the bitch who forced me to rethink on my decision). I starting calling suraj chaubey from 15th October for the possession of my flat, but he starting delaying it, then he starting ignoring my calls. I called him on 20th November he gave me date 31th October, on 2nd of november he opened the flat & showed after forcing him for it. He gave me date of 15th November, then 20th november & finally he had told that the process is complete & u will receive it on 30th November. So you are required to come here & sign the papers. But when I again called him, he started ignore my calls, he stopped taking call, always message me that he is busy at pune, then once he told our director (raj thakkar) died in an accident, so it is getting delayed due to it, then he finally told you will get the flat by 24th December ’12. But I told I don’t want the flat, pls return my money, he told you go to office & speak to mr. Yogesh karande & mansi (that time this girl had resigned, but she didn’t told me) sitting at office. I went to his office on 8th of december for cancellation, so mansi (bitch) told you need to mail regarding cancellation of the deal. I said I will mail it, but before I could mail I came to know that this people are fraud, there are many people involved in it. Main are suraj chaubey & yogesh karande, but yogesh karande in on bail & suraj chaubey is absconding……. So pls I need help, there are almost 400 – 500 people who fell prey to their fraud. All are waiting, police is also helpless…. They are just taking our complaint & not getting a solution nor they are acting as they should do. This suraj chaubey’s cell is on, also yogesh karande’s cell is on, but the police is not tracing them, Please Help us.

Partner Yogesh Karande was arrested but is left free on bail, Suraj is absconding but his cell is on & Yogesh Karande’s cell is also on, but Police of Vasai & Nallasopara is not tracing them as being complaint lodged there. So pls its a humble request to do help us in some way… We are helpless.
